Hi,
I am skilled at mundane tasks that no one likes doing. I am offering to open, rename, and organize your digital files in a way that makes sense. For standard organization according to basic parameters, such as by date and simple description, I will do this for $20 per 500 files, with no more than 10% being video files (which take much longer to open, view, and name). For more detailed organization requiring 3 or more parameters--such as date, client name, and geographic location, I charge $30 per 500 files.
This service includes all standard files such as MS Office, pdf files, standard forms of audio and video files, etc. I can also view and and organize files from Adobe Creative Suite, as well as those from some engineering apps and some standard business and project management apps.
I am open to other file organization projects, such as merging calendars and organizing emails from multiple sources. I accept all standard modern payments, due upon completion after your acceptance. I am willing to sign an NDA or Confidentiality Agreement, and can provide a generic one if needed. I can also provide a signed affidavit of care, complete discretion, and sanitation of your personal digital property from my devices. Files can be organized via Google Drive, or you can send them by Dropbox or similar app, or I can collect them physically from a thumb drive or external drive, but I live one hour from Pittsburgh and will require $50 to cover my drive back & forth to pick up and drop off.
I will eliminate duplicates upon request, and can resize, optimize, edit, and convert files for an additional fee depending on your needs. You accept that up to 5% of files may not be organized due to unknown extension, flagged for risk of corruption, or for any other reason. Do not send illegal content. I have no connection to law enforcement and I couldn't care less about someone's recreational drugs or fetishes, but if I have suspicion that a file contains obvious illegal content, I will return the files immediately and will not work on them, adhering still to our discretionary agreement. In cases where conspicuous, egregious capital crimes are evident in files, particularly anything plainly depicting obvious harm to others, I will notify authorities.
