We’re a Boston-based customer experience research firm currently hiring Call Center Evaluators in Pittsburgh, PA to complete calls and submit brief written evaluations. We have been in business since 2014.
This is a contract position that’s flexible and ideal for anyone who enjoys talking on the phone (each call is around 10 minutes) and completing a one-page evaluation form (5 minutes or less to complete)
As a Call Center Evaluator, you’ll be helping companies measure and improve their customer experience.
Each assignment involves calling a real call center, posing as a potential customer, and documenting how the agent handled your inquiry.
You’ll use your communication and listening skills to observe key details, then provide honest feedback through our online form.

Responsibilities:
Make calls to real business call centers in the U.S.
Act like a genuine customer interested in the company’s service.
Evaluate how the representative handles your call — tone, accuracy, helpfulness, and professionalism.
Complete a brief written evaluation form after each call (5–10 questions).
Maintain confidentiality and avoid revealing that you are conducting an evaluation.

Great listening skills
Strong attention to detail
Ages 18 or older
Must reside in United States
