Live-Work Space Wanted (Pittsburgh)

Maker looking for a space to design and build furniture, props, sculpture and more. I make some noise and dust. I am able to rehab and build out a space as needed, I just need water and electric. I don’t need much for a living space, the workshop needs to be at least 2 car garage or 400 sq ft. Im respectful and keep an organized shop.

I have experience living in unconventional spaces and would like to find an attic over garage, old retail shop, or any space with a large door, strong floor and easy loading. Hoping to find something in the West End, Hays, South Side, Brownsville Rd/Saw Mill Run, Brookline, Overbrook, Hazelwood, Homestead, but open to any possibilities. Thank You
