If you’re after a tough, stable center console with classic Sea Ray build quality, this Laguna 20 is a great platform. The hull is clean, steady, and handles chop like it’s nothing. Plenty of room to fish, cruise, or rig however you want.
What’s Been Updated:
• New 12V switch panel
• Plug-and-play dual-bank charger for the dual batteries
• All navigation and deck lights working
• New stereo + speakers
• VHF radio
• Garmin chartplotter/fish finder (older unit but works reliably)
• Livewell pump works; plumbing mostly complete—just needs a simple adapter
• Bimini top included (no T-top)
• Original dual-axle aluminum trailer with new tires; LED trailer lights installed by previous owner and wiring recently repaired
Engine Condition (Full Transparency):
The boat is powered by a 2001 Yamaha 200 HP Saltwater Series II two-stroke. On the last run of the season, one of the fuel injectors clogged, caused that cylinder to run lean, and it now has low compression. It will need a rebuild or replacement. Everything else on the motor is intact.
Why It’s Worth a Look:
Laguna 20s have a reputation for being overbuilt and rock-steady on the water. This hull alone is worth the project—set it up with a rebuilt motor or a good used drop-in and you’ve got a dependable rig.
