Im getting ready to retire this year or next year. looking to sell the business. Business consistantly does close to 500k per year. 200k is just the grass cutting portion. The rest is other maintenance work. Willing to sell with or without equipment. Profit in 2025 was around 200k. Most customers are in Murrysville. So no driving all around the city to mow grass. High profit comes with route density. My route is designed for route density and above average paying customers. I fired all my cheaper customers years ago and only service non price sensitive customers. I charge 60 for a mow for the same yard that most scapers charge 45. That means you make more money for less work with my tweaked lawn route. If you just want to purchase the grass cutting portion, you and 2 guys could mow 200k of grass a year and you can pay each guy 20k and you can pocket 150k. and that's with 3 months off in the winter. There is also 40 snow customers that can come with it.
