Let’s barter. My boat has is a 9.9hp motor w/electric start. The seats and tires on the trailer are new. The boat has not been in the water the last 3 years because I had both my knees replaced. It ran fine when last used. There are 2 trailers with it. The 1 the boat is on now has an expired Maine license plate. The other trailer is PA titled and registered as well as the boat is.
