Our little boy spent so much of his early life in this! All of the parts and pieces are included:
-Pack & Play Itself
-Conversion kit to use it as an infant bed (we did, he slept great!)
-Removable bouncer
-Changing Table (one of the best!)
-Accessory basket (for diapers, wipes, etc)
-Owner's Manual and carrying case

The changing table has some small tears in it (see photos). It's a wipeable vinyl. This could probably be patched up with suitable tape. It has some minor staining (see photos). Otherwise, it's a great unit with all the parts included.
