This piano is in good shape and is possible to refurbish. It's around 100 years old. I recently had it looked over by a third party piano expert. I can put you in touch with him and he will confirm its condition which is: it will need some work to tune it and put new keys on it ($200-$500). The existing keys are ivory so you'll have to replace with a substitute due to trade sanctions on ivory sales. The automatic player may not work.
If you just want something to play, this is a good cheap option for a playable antique piano. If you're capable of restoring it yourself and have the time, it could be a worthwhile investment for you. The value of these antique player pianos can range:
> $400 - $1,200 in poor condition
> $2,000 - $8,000 in average to good condition
> $16,000 - $25,000 totally restored to factory-new condition
