Ornate antique silverplate footed bride's basket with a beaded handle. It has engraving on the top and the underside. There are no inscriptions or monograms. It is 12 3/4" long by 10 1/4" wide and 4 1/2" tall not including the handle, 10 1/2" including the handle. The maker was Rogers, Smith & Company in business from 1857 - 1862 in Hartford, CT. This piece is in very good condition with no dings or dents, no plate loss and no distracting issues. I have lightly polished it. It could use a more thorough polishing. Asking $65, cash only, door pick up in North Huntingdon, PA (south, by Rillton, PA). I can also ship this item, buyer pays all shipping costs.
