Samsung electric dryer - $300 (Pittsburgh)

Samsung electric dryer 300 obo runs but sometimes doesn't get hot enough. Repairman said it likely just has a clogged vent or could have blown a circuit both of which are easy fix. He told me watch a YouTube video and save my money fix it myself but I already bought new matching set so I have no use for it now.
