• $850.00 - $900.00 for a One Bedroom
• $950.00 for a Two Bedroom
Anico Associates and Kalla Associates (upscale apartments located within William Penn Heights):
• All utilities are included for all apartments except for electricity
• $950.00 for a one bedroom
• $1000.00 for a One Bedroom with a balcony
• $1050.00 for a Two Bedroom
• $1100.00 for a Two Bedroom with a balcony
Requirements:
• $40.00 Application Fee Per Person (paid via money order or credit card) – Non Re-Fundable
• A Photo ID is required for the Application Processing as well as your current pay stubs (at least 3), offer letter or Income statement
• A Security Deposit (depending on your rental amount) is needed to hold your apartment; upon approval
• $100.00 of your deposit is non-refundable if you choose to cancel
• First Month’s Rent will be due at your lease signing
