The current lease held on the property is through RE 360. In the lease agreement, the lease may be transferred to a new tenant with an additional 12 month lease being signed by the new tenant. The current lease being transferred ends on May 31st 2019, and we would like to transfer the lease on March 1st, so essentially this is a 15 month lease beginning on March 1st 2019 and ending on May 31st 2020 (15 months). You may of course renew the lease for an additional year after that if you would like. RE 360 has been showing the property to perspective tenants for the beginning of June at a rent of $1100/month, so by taking on this lease you would secure the lower rent we currently pay.
It really is a wonderful property and we are sad to see it go. Whoever gets this place is very lucky. If it were not for unforeseen circumstances we would never be letting go of this lease.
A perspective tenant must pay a $40 application fee to RE 360, have a qualifying credit score, and pass a background check. RE 360 requires first month's rent plus a security deposit equal to one months rent before moving in. Pets are allowed with an additional fee. They are unable to accept section 8 housing.
