I am looking for someone who is looking to workout 3 to 5 times a week at Planet Fitness together. This is not personal training or anything like that as I know my way around the gym. I am a 37 year old male, in over all good shape, could be better at cardio though. I would like someone who would like to lift for about an hour and do some running or light cardio. Please this is not for anything sexual or anything else just 2 people working out. I have a membership that allows me to bring 1 guest. I primarily work out in the evening after 630PM but not opposed to working out early in the mornings before 10AM.
