Bookkeeper/Accountant - 8 hrs/week (Beaver County)

compensation: Based upon experience and qualifications

EXCELLENT OPPORTUNITY FOR EXPERIENCED ACCOUNTING PROFESSIONAL SEEKING PART-TIME WORK!

Our outside Accountant is retiring after many years of excellent service. We need to find someone to fill her shoes.

Ideal Accounting Professional is:

-very dependable and punctual
-willing to work weekly at least 3-4 hours at our business location with the remaining hours remotely from home or office if so preferred
-5+ years experience in accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll and general ledger management
-working knowledge of QuickBooks online and Billpay services

Duties include:

-customer invoicing
-handling customer collections
-posting vendor bills
-paying vendor bills
-reconciling bank accounts
-ordering office supplies
-processing bi-weekly payroll
-paying payroll taxes
-preparing quarterly annual payroll tax returns
-preparing annual W2s and 1099s
-preparing annual worker's compensation audit
-preparing business reports requested by gov't agencies
-preparing ad-hoc reports as requested
-ability to prepare annual Pa. corporate tax returns a plus
