I was disabled at the time and The jesture he was making was to Help an Disabled person"ME". I puchased to home for 54,000 dollar. I was fortunately luck to hit a nunber at the time and aloud me to Put ten thousand dollars down. The contract was for 48 months. At 1000.00 per month . With the rent I got form for the other half of my house made this possible but barely. Knowing that my disablity was going to affect me for many years to come. I seen this a risk that I would take on , so that if nothing else, I had a roof over my head for the rest of my time. I'm 54 now. I made it all happen. By working side jobs and handyman jobs, knowing I could not hold down a full time jobs due to my Physical condition. With a lot of preyers and work I held up the agreement.And payed off the house on time .The contract was legal and drawn up my an attornet that represent the both of us. To make this breif for now, more detail when we talk.The Attorney failed to disclose that He did not own the property Free and clear as he reprsented to me.When it came time to Close on my property. he had Mortgages on the property. And never paid a dime of taxes that is paid him. PNC sold the morgage to a Compant in Mass. They began to foreclose. As well as the Pitts. tax man was putting it up for Sherrif sale. I stop both by selling everything I owned , furniture , tools Everything. . I talk to an attorney on Sueing The Attorney and the Seller. The moneys they asked for was Unbelievable. I have never asked for a bail out or carity in my whole life. But my pride has to be put aside. This can't happen to an American citizen. Can It. Well it is. I just need someone to help Building a website.To ask for help defending my Home. I paid every dime i owed for my Home. And they are going to take it from me within Months.
