Hello. This is a wood lathe made by my great uncle as a shop class project when he was in high school. It is made of stainless steel!!! The headstock, bed / ways, and tailstock are stainless steel. The spindle has tapered roller bearings and doesn't have slop or endplay. It has a 8.5 inch diameter faceplate and conventional dowel spindle. The max length and diameter blank that can fit is 44 inch long and 10 inch round. The machine overall dimentions are 81 inch long, 14.5 inch wood base width / 31.5 inch footprint width, and 50.25 inch high. The original motor is being replaced with a 2 speed motor that needs mounted. This lathe will have 6 speeds with the 2 speed motor. A single speed wiring kit is included with the lathe but is not pictured. I estimate this lathe is 300+ pounds so a few strong people will be needed to move it. Make An Offer!!! I am selling a Concrete/Mortar Mixer. The reason it's so cheap is because sometimes the drum does not turn when you have cement in it. It runs fine and the drum does turn when it is empty. I have no idea what is wrong with it and I do not have the time to deal with it right now beacuse I have to many projects as it is. This mixer is about a 2 bag premix capacity. If you know anything about these, you could probably fix it and have a nice mixer. This mixer originally cost me about 300.00 about a year ago.
