+ Located at the corner of Dawson and Oakland Avenue (a relatively quiet area, but only a 10-minute walk to Pitt's campus)
+ Your own bathroom
+ Furnished living room and kitchen (and equipped with kitchen utensils and appliances)
+ Cable TV & Internet
+ On-site parking available (though there is usually street parking available)
+ Laundry facilities in apartment basement
+ Two friendly, female roommates (both students at the University of Pittsburgh)
