Leaving December 1st and need someone to take over my half of lease until July 31st. You get - full bathroom, walk in closet and small bedroom. You share - awesome stainless steel kitchen with gas stove, hardwood floor living room, and parking space. There's also plenty of free parking on the street.
Other roommate is a 22 y/o male in school 5 days a week, 8 am to 3. One neighbor upstairs. Located on Butler and 36th. Trendy neighborhood close to everything.
