I'm studying abroad for spring semester. My roommate (CMU student) is staying in the second bedroom. Full kitchen(dish washer), kitchen open to dining area and spacious living room, fire place, lots of closet space, elect. + gas not included but payments would be split (low heating costs because on third floor), laundry in basement. Near walnut street and whole foods/Giant Eagle on center. 20 min walk to CMU, easy access to 500 and 71D buses. Total rent is $940, so individual rent is $470.
