Current roommate is graduating early so a subleter/new roommate is needed from January 2010 to July 2010, although move-in date is flexible. You are welcome to leave before July, but you will be responsible for finding another subleter.
Looking for a college or graduate student who is quiet, respectful, and relatively neat. No smoking or drugs or excessive partying (the occasional party is ok).
Apartment is fully furnished (except for the bedroom you will be occupying) with living room, small kitchen, one bathroom, two bedrooms, and plenty of closet space! Rent includes utilities but you will be expected to chip in about $25 a month for internet and cable.
You will be living with a female Pitt student who is very easygoing and funny.
