A one bedroom apartment, just off of Mt. Royal Boulevard in Glenshaw. I was offered a great job, and had to move. The landlord has agreed to let me sublet this unit. The apartment is sizable, with newer appliances, and features:
- Electric stove
- Refrigerator
- Dishwasher
- Central A/C & heating
- Closets/storage in: entryway, kitchen, hallway, bedroom, basement storage
- Rooms: entryway, kitchen, living room, dining area, bedroom, bathroom, basement storage locker
- Elevator and stair access (Unit is on the 4th floor)
- Secure building (you will receive a key for the outside doors and one for the apartment door)
- Emergency hallway lighting (stays on during power outages)
- VERY convenient to local shops (across the street) - (Chinese restaurant, a local bar, Citizens Bank, Subway, Rite Aid, Dollar Store, Liquor store, and more)
The landlord requires an application/credit check ($35 fee). The current lease runs until the end of March, 2010. You would be signing onto the lease and can renew it when it ends. You may be required to provide a security deposit (possibly equal to one months rent). Gas and electricity are not included. Water and sewage _are_ included. There is a dumpster outside for trash (also included). It is emptied once a week. The apartment building has its own parking lot. There is also a hair salon in a shop on the first floor.
I had no major issues while living in this unit for the last 18 months. It is very affordable, sizable, and in a good location. Comcast cable/high-speed Internet is available here. If you have any questions or would like to view the rental, please email me - I check it often.
