Perfect for a hunting camp, campground - great for those who love the outdoors! This camper was our starter, and it served us well for many weekends, in all sorts of weather. Great for a young couple like us, or a small family.

Sleeps 4 adults comfortably. Full bed in bedroom for 2, dinette folds to a full bed for 2 more adults. 3 additional fold out bunks, but we never used them. Do have the cushions as well as add'l padding we bought in case we ever needed the extra beds. Bunkbeds have served us well as storage areas.

Lot's of hard work put into this camper. Sadly we are selling it to make room for a larger model. We hope the new owner enjoys it as much as we have.
This camper still has lots of years left on and in it. Used most weekends during an almost 8-month season for the last 3 years. Bought from a close friend who used it the same amount for 5 years before that. All original paperwork is included, plus manuals and instructions on updated units.

There was water damage, as is normal in campers. The interiors have mostly been repaired/replaced. Current roof will need some patching and a new rubber seal coating to protect it. Using a 12' x 22' continuous piece of rubber roofing, which has worked just fine for the last year. Will obviously be included as well.

I can also make arrangements for replacement of battery and headlight if price is right. Headlights are only about 10 bucks on ebay.
