Greetings,
I recently bought a 5 bedroom house in Brighton heights (in the nice part, not at all Northside.) I did not want there to be any confusion on this. The neighbors are friendly and maintain their lawns as well as the rest of their property. Currently my one friend who is male/ 23 and myself who am male/ 25 occupy the place. Ideally I would like to get 1 or possibly 2 more additional roomies in here. The place is really nice and not one bedroom in the place is small. I have a 7 foot slate pool table to shoot pool on, all the essentials a living room could need, a well equipped kitchen, a washer and dryer as well as enough space to store nearly anything you would need to . I recently purchased a brand new 95 % percent heat efficient furnace , water tank, and new windows. The existing furnace was still in great condition, but being that it was really old, I would rather have something that would save everyone in the house on gas bills. My buddy and I who are currently here have lived together for nearly 4 years now. We are both considerate of others, keep a clean place, and if we ever have an issue we talk about and resolve it. In the four years we have lived together we have argued once and that was resolved within 15 minutes. We would really like someone that would be similar. The ideal roommate would be someone that pays the bills on time, is easy going, not much into partying (but not against a few people over for drinks a cookout and pool on occasion), not overly confrontational but knows how to communicate, clean (but not anal retentive)�really, I will know who would be a good suit after hanging out with someone a few times usually. There are some chameleons out there, though. Prove me right, not wrong. We are a decent group of guys and would like to find people who are decent similarly. You can be a woman or male , and age isn�t of huge importance, but please be stable and have a lifestyle that will not interrupt the house. We smoke outside, so you may as well. I do not want drugs in here, just to be up front. I do not want pets either. I love animals, but I do not want them living here.

I put this separate because this is the first thing after pictures you will look at. Your costs:
Your share here will be 300 plus your use of utilities. Deposit will be 425 and is returnable when you leave. 300 is due upon move in date and 1 month from there-on.

THE PLACE: The apartment is fantastic. It's on a convenient, quiet, one way street, near the I-376 ramp. It's right off Murray Ave and about a mile away from Giant Eagle and Forbes Ave. It's close to bus stops that run to the Waterfront, Oakland, downtown, etc. There are 2 huge bedrooms, a living room, sun room, full eat-in kitchen, and bathroom. There are no adjoining walls with any other apartment and no one is below us so there is only the apartment above. There are a lot of windows which means lots of light! The front entrance has security with an intercom and a remote lock release. There are HARDWOOD FLOORS everywhere but the kitchen and bathroom. The landlord is fantastic and completes maintenance requests within 2 days but sometimes within the hour. The bedroom available comes with a portable armoire but other than that, it is unfurnished. The rest of the place is furnished but if you have furniture, we could definitely fit it in.

ABOUT THE CONDO
It is located off Shady Ave. It's close to Giant Eagle, Trader Joe's, Whole Foods, Borders, etc. The condo is in The Village of Shadyside, a quiet and safe hidden spot for young professionals and families. The apt is fully furnished except for your bedroom. It is big enough to fit a queen bed, a desk, night tables, a dresser and it has plenty of closet space. You will have the privacy of having your own bathroom. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, oven, microwave, refrigerator and you don't have to bring dinner ware. You can use all my stuff. Utilities are not included in the rent -$900.00-. They average a month $80.00 (water, internet, electricity) I currently don't have cable, but if you must have it, we could get it :) You won't have to clean any of the common areas. I will do all the cleaning, vacuuming, mopping of the living/dinning room, hallway, kitchen. I only ask you take care of your dishes after you eat, your room and your bathroom, of course. The apt has also a den, which you are more than welcome to use. At the moment there's a couch and some shelves.

I have a bedroom of a two-bedroom house to sublease(or sign a new lease with landlord), because I need to move to another city. Here's some info:

Address: 880 Flemingtion St. Pittsburgh, PA 15217.

Transportation: 61c/ 59u will take you 15minutes to CMU, 20 minutes to UPits. You can walk 10 minutes to Giant Eagle. Also it is not far from waterfront shopping mall.

Cost: 400$ per month, including utilities such as water, gas, electric. internet is not included, but 10 $ per month if you need it. I will also leave all my furnitures in the room, including one year old 39 inch TV, one bed, one desk, several chairs, one lamp and so on.

House disc: there are two bedrooms , one big kitchen, one big living room and one bathroom in the house. The room for rent is pretty big, with all nessesery furnitures in it as I said. My roommate is a friendly chinese guy studying in Upits.
