Looking for someone to take my place starting ASAP. Can start paying rent for December or January depending on your situation and when you move in The lease is through july. Will be living with 2 guys who are Pitt students and do their own thing pretty much and are easy to get along with. Rent is $300 a month plus electric. It is very comfortable for 3 people and the bedroom is a big room.
