Quiet, friendly neighborhood, you will see deer roaming and grazing at night! :) Very short drive to the Port Authority Park & Ride and bus stops ... Monroeville Mall, Miracle Mile Shopping & PA Turnpike and PA 376, the Parkway, are all just minutes away. As well as West Penn/Allegheny Forbes Regional Hospital.
THE BEDROOM/LIVING ROOM SUITE: Fully furnished large bedroom. Full-size futon w/mattress, dresser, [I do have a double bedroom set available for the suite] walk-in closet, lamps, wireless throughout the home, recliner, sectional sofa w/recliner and pull out single bed, and cable ready color television, private bathroom w/shower, also your own full side-by-side refrigerator, along with a separate entrance.
THE HOUSE: Common areas of the home ... entire house fully furnished. Kitchen with microwave, electric stove, and dishwasher. WIFI internet throughout, Comcast, cable TV in livingroom with log-burning fireplace, and diningroom. Whole house air-conditioning and forced air heat. Shared washer and dryer, outdoor patio area, outdoor fireplace, grill. Two ponds on the property as well, relaxing setting ... great outdoor space. Fenced backyard ... no dogs at this time but I do have cats. Large paved driveway, 6 car driveway ... no worries about a parking space or storage area if needed.
HOW MUCH: $800-850/per month, 12-month lease. Slightly Negotiable ... Consider it ... I'm Open to Options ... Let's Talk!!! This rent price INCLUDES furnishings as noted and all utilities are included, except land-line phone. Phone jack is there, if you want a land line, that will be at your expense. Security Deposit $500, plus first and last month rental payment due at lease signing. If you can't do the last month rent in advance, the security deposit will be $750.

ME: I've lived here for over 12 years and grew up in the area. Lets see...I enjoy living life and sharing time with family & friends. Would be great if you enjoy friends visiting on rare occasions. I can occasionally be a nite owl [but a very quiet one, usually working online]. I travel for work [usually 1 week a month], and would appreciate a roommate who would not mind feeding the furkids [aka pets] when I'm out of town! That would be a perk [for me], not a requirement of you, a new roommate! I make alternate arrangements now.
I would appreciate a roommate who wouldn't mind helping w/outdoor upkeep [not a condition on rental but very much appreciated], most definitely when it comes to shoveling snow! :) I work full time at a Pittsburgh university (I've been there 20+ years) and do the commute and it's about 25 minutes to Oakland, door to door.
YOU: I am seeking a roommate who is independent, communicative, reliable (pay your bills on time), considerate and friendly. If you are a nut case or living a drama filled life, please look elsewhere! Must love pets...I currently have cats [no they do not roam, nor are they in your area/your space, at all]! :o)
