GOT SCREWED OVER BY A CONTRACTOR AND HE HAS MY MONEY!

Scope of work included:
- Build 10" roof overhang on front and back of house with tar paper and shingles on overhang.
- Install vented soffit under overhang.
- Install aluminum fascia around perimeter of roof and also drip edge.
- Install seamless gutters and downspouts.

- Overhang on back of house is framed in with tar paper and shingles installed. Soffit was installed in back but not properly so needs redone.
- Overhang on front of house is 3/4's of the way framed in with tar paper and shingles installed.

I need a RELIABLE contractor to finish the job of framing in the front overhang, bending & installing fascia around perimeter of roof, installing the soffit and drip edge, and installing the seamless gutters and downspouts. About 2 days work of work depending on how many guys you have.

ALL BUILDING MATERIAL IS SUPPLIED SO I NEED SOMEONE TO DO THE LABOR IMMEDIATELY. Original contract was for $1400 total and he has $800 of my money and will not show up or return my calls. I need someone to do this work for $600 by end of business Friday 11/13!

I have a 97 Chevy Blazer Four Wheel drive that I use for work. I have talked to many people who say they will take a look at and fix it and I never hear from them. I need to get it fixed immediately as I use it to do service calls at customers homes on a daily basis.

There is a fuse for the dashboard gauges that keeps blowing so I assume there is a short somewhere. I also hear a loud grinding sound when it is in 2 wheel drive. When I engage the 4 wheel drive the noise stops. When I put it back in 2 wheel, the noise comes back, not always immediately, but eventually.

We do in-home repair and assemblies on products ranging from electric fireplaces to exercise equipment. We are looking for a professional tech who has some mechanical/electrical background, to do service for us in the Pittsburg area.

This is a 1099 independent contractor possition and is paid per the job. We pay TO START 50% of whatever the service fee is. Our lowest service fee is $75.oo, so TO START you would make 37.50 per job. Most jobs take less then an hour, provided the right experience.

This is a simple job. We send you there service order/job via email and you have 72 hours to set an appt. If parts are needed, they are shipped directly to the customers house. NO PICK UP! All payments/money transactions are done by us here at home office. All you are responsible for is setting the appointment to a time convenient for you, making the repair, and sending us a job completion form. Very simple.

You also have access to all types of tech support, via internet, phone, manuals...etc.

We do request a 45 mile radius from our technicians, and if you go outside of that area, you recieve a higher percent for that. But we do keep everyone as close to home as possible, and we do not send tech's across state lines.

You will need your own basic tools, and a voltage meter and crank/gear puller (used for exercise bikes)
