This morning 2 dogs, a small light brown corgi type breed and a beagle were running around our yard, around 9:30 am. We tried to coax them to us as we noticed the corgi dog had tags on its collar. We have 3 dogs and our dogs scared the two dogs away. Later this evening around 8:00 - 9:00 pm our dogs were barking and my husband went out to see the same 2 dogs roaming around our yard again. He tried several times to get them to come to him but they were too scared. They are obviously someone's pets and I hate to think of them outside in the cold but they keep running into the woods behind our home and we can't catch them!
