My neighbors found a dog in the Carmichaels area. the dog is a Cocker Spaniel. I believe it is orangish in color or darker. Long ears, cute dog. They almost hit it with their car and picked it up. I hope to locate its owner. Email me at svalente2002@yahoo.com for inquirys..
