We’re the Early Social Development Center at the University of Pittsburgh and parents like you help us find answers about the amazing feats of development in the toddler years. How does that cute, funny, adorable baby become that terrible two—and long before age two! How does the baby who gets all of your hugs become the toddler who now gives you hugs? How do toddlers learn to pretend, and to share, and to care about other people?
Your child can join hundreds of other toddler scientists who have helped us with our research. All of our studies are play-based. No pins, needles, poking or prodding. Just toys and activities that toddlers like.
Free parking in Oakland. Scheduling at your convenience. You stay with your child at all times. Child-minders provided for older siblings (babies stay with parents). We’re a part of the University of Pittsburgh and we’d love to welcome you and your toddler to our playroom.
