A responsible, young couple looking for a 2 bedroom apartment or house that will allow us to have our 45 lb dog. He is a 2 yr old border collie, potty and crate trained, doesn't bark and is groomed monthly. My fiancé works full time in Pleasant Hills, I work full time in Bethel Park, and I intend to start school part time at CalU this Fall 2010--so we're looking for something located somewhere between our jobs and school.
Our current lease ends Jan. 31st, so we're looking to move mid to late Jan. Looking for a 1 year lease, and are able to pay up to 825/month (utilities included). We're looking for a place with a spacious living room and with a washer/dryer, but neither are a must.
