I am looking for a side by side duplex or a first floor. I can take a one bedroom but would prefer a two bedroom. If I would have to pay the utilities I dont want to pay any more then 600.00 for rent. If the utilities are included then I can go up to $700.00 and of course some place in between if it is only electric. The place must allow dogs and have a yard.
