I am looking for a nice 2-3 bedroom house to rent in the Delmont-Export-Murrysville Areas. I am currently a home owner and in the middle of a divorce and will be placing my home on the market within the next month. I am reliable, responsible and would make a fantastic tenant. I have been employeed with the same company for 15 years. Due to the pending divorce, I can not pay a lot for rent and prefer to stay in the $600 range if I have to pay all the utilities. I do have a very smart, well behaved and trained black lab dog (smaller female about 62 lbs) who would need to be allowed to live with me. My children are grown and in college and the Military so they are only home for short visits around the holidays. If you have a cute place for me to look at that will be available around January, I would be grateful to come and take a look at it.
