The candidate will lead risk management activities including risk identification; risk analysis; mitigation planning; tracking and reporting for cost, schedule, performance, and safety-related risks. The position will require proactive interfacing with multi-disciplinary team of engineers and managers in the pursuit of managing project risk on a variety construction projects. Laptops are required, it makes life easier. If you do not have a laptop, you would have to write down information neatly on a piece of paper. You would be writing down 1-200 lines of information per visit. This would be a waste of time because we don't pay extra for you to do double the work. A visit is required sometime during a two week timespan. If you live in a rural county, I can promise there will not be a lot of work. You will not be getting 40 hours/week in a county of 10,000 people.
Depending on the client various for each area. Some require you to go to the district courthouse, superior, circuit, or county administration building. The rate you make will depend on how fast you collect the information. Like anything, it pays based on how many records you collect. You won't get rich, and you're not going to start off at $30/hour. Most researchers average $8-14/hr and increase as time goes by as they become quicker.

The Music Director is a part-time paid position.
The music director duties and responsibilities include:
• Rehearse and conduct the Philharmonic for all season and pops concerts.
• Program season concert programs and summer pops programs.
• Interact with the audience during performances.
• Assist in the in the scheduling of rehearsals, performances, and securing of rehearsal
and performance venues.
• Assist in attracting new members for open positions and to secure competent substitute
and auxiliary players as needed.
• Long term planning to build the Philharmonic music library with resources that may be
reused and assist in securing borrowed music when possible.
• Evaluation of concert recordings to improve both the music director and performance
quality of the orchestra.
• Assistance in planning and executing musically oriented fund-raising and promotional
activities.
Candidates will be requested to submit a Resume/CV including at least three qualified
references, a proposed subscription season program (guidelines to follow), and where
possible, a video of the candidate conducting a rehearsal and a concert performance. We
expect that up to four finalists will be selected to guest conduct the Philharmonic during the
2010-2011 season based on the program they submit as part of their application package.
Program guidelines are as follows:
1. The program must have a thematic element that can be advertised and lead to a
performance with a non-musical accent that augments the music.
2. The program should be appropriate to a volunteer orchestra containing pieces that can
be well performed but still challenge the membership to grow musically.
3. The program should when possible leverage music available through the philharmonic
library (holdings available upon request), borrowed from other local organizations or
fall into the standard public domain repertoire, but may contain one or two new music
purchases and/or one rental piece if they are strongly supportive of the proposed
theme.
4. The program should be innovative but integrate into the season theme.
5. A crowd-pleasing encore that fits the concert theme is desirable.
6. The program should contain at least one or two pieces that could be revived for use in a
summer pops program.

This is an active position, so applicants should be in good shape. Referees are required to set the line of scrimmage, and rush lines for every down, and most of all, put themselves in the right position to make the correct call. There will be two referees for each game. One ref is in charge of the quarterback count and watching the line of scrimmage and the second ref is in charge of watching for penalties down field. The second referee will also be in charge of taking stats should the league provide them. Referees will be paid $20 per hour.
You are free in that interim time whatever days you'd like, but one afteroon a week, we'd need the entire house to be cleaned.
