I am looking for someone who could paint a poitrat from a photograph. I want to have a painting done from a wedding picture to give to my wife for our 20th wedding aniversary. I am thinking I would like it to be in oil on canvas. You could probably tell me better. I want to be able to talk in person, so be within half hour drive of Butler PA.
