We have a 550 sq/ft gallery space with clean white walls, high ceilings, approximately 30 track lights, huge store front windows with a privacy curtain, and we are interested in renting out studio time to photographers. We are charging $50 per hour with a 3 hour minimum paid up front, and deals given for longer time frames.
